NovaTheme ("we", "us", "our") is a custom keyboard application for iOS. We are committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding your data.

We do not collect any personal data. Specifically:

• No keystroke logging: We never record, store, or transmit any text you type using the NovaTheme keyboard.
• No personal information: We do not collect your name, email address, phone number, or any other personally identifiable information.
• No location data: We do not access or store your geographic location.
• No contacts: We do not access your contacts or address book.
• No usage analytics: We do not use any third-party analytics or tracking SDKs.

2. Full Access Permission

iOS may prompt you to grant "Full Access" to the NovaTheme keyboard. This is an Apple system requirement for certain optional features:

• Haptic feedback — to provide tactile responses when you press keys.
• Keyboard sounds — to play click sounds when typing.

Even with Full Access enabled, NovaTheme does not use this permission to access the internet, transmit data, or monitor your typing activity.

3. Data Stored on Your Device

NovaTheme stores the following data locally on your device only:

• Theme preferences: Your selected keyboard theme and custom themes you create.
• Font preferences: Your chosen keyboard font.
• Sound and haptic settings: Whether keyboard sounds and haptics are enabled.

This data is saved using iOS's built-in UserDefaults system and never leaves your device.

4. Third-Party Services

NovaTheme does not integrate with any third-party services, advertising networks, or analytics platforms. We do not share your data with anyone.

5. Children's Privacy

NovaTheme is safe for users of all ages. We do not knowingly collect any personal information from children under the age of 13. Since we do not collect any personal data from any user, this app complies with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA).

6. Data Retention

Since we do not collect any data, there is nothing to retain. Your preferences are stored locally on your device and can be removed at any time by uninstalling the app.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Delete all app data by uninstalling NovaTheme from your device.
• Revoke Full Access permission at any time via Settings → General → Keyboard → Keyboards.
• Contact us with any privacy-related questions or concerns.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
